Announcement regarding Information Leakage Suspicion

Dear Members,

We have completed an additional investigation after the last announcement regarding the recent suspicion about information leakage regarding overseas payments.

When the suspicion was first raised, we first considered the possibility of information leakage within the membership services. We checked whether related problems could occur through our membership service system provider ‘BMF’. We confirmed from BMF that payment information is not saved within the membership platform. To further check out whether there was an information leakage, we have made a request to Eximbay(company which provides the t1.fan its payment service) to check whether there has been a leak in the payment system. We received confirmation from Eximbay twice that there was no leakage regarding overseas payment information.

For customers who are suspecting information leakage regarding overseas payment, please inquire the credit card company to block overseas payment and change your card number.
