As a result of T1's ongoing inquiries and cooperation, today (August 30, 2023), EximBay, the payment service provider, has announced the results of the investigation by the relevant authorities regarding the suspected cases of personal information leakage through the regular payment page on their website. EximBay admitted that there has been information leakage within recurring payment customers, and is planning to reach out to customers of confirmed or suspected leakage through credit card companies.
For those who have been affected by this incident, we kindly ask you to contact the email provided in the EximBay announcement([email protected]), and if you encounter any difficulties related to this matter, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] anytime. T1 will continue to support our members to receive damage reliefs that they deserve.
Furthermore, as previously announced in collaboration with our solution provider, BeMyFriends, T1 has completed the development of integration with the Toss Payments system to provide you with a safer way to use our services.
The relevant evaluation has been completed, and we are currently preparing for its launch in at least by September 10th. We will inform you as soon as the implementation date is confirmed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
