[POP] Notice Regarding Vouchers
Hello, this is T1.
As previously announced at the end of last year, if you are subscribed to a star whose service has ended, the option to arbitrarily remove the selected star is not supported. You must change the selected star manually. However, we have confirmed that some accounts currently using the T1 POP service through recurring payment have not yet completed this change process, and we would like to provide the following notice.
For smooth service operation, if you are still subscribed to the POP of a star whose service has ended, please review the Usage & Option Change Guide below and proceed with either a star change or recurring payment cancellation by March 15 (Sun) at 23:59. Accounts that do not take any action within this period will have their recurring payments cancelled in bulk during business hours on March 16 (Mon), 2026. Even if the recurring payment is cancelled, vouchers that have already been paid for will remain valid until their expiration date. If you wish to continue using the service, please subscribe again after your current voucher expires.
[Usage & Option Change Guide]
All POP vouchers are considered fully activated once service use begins, regardless of the number of members included in the voucher. Therefore, partial cancellations are not available. So please review the following carefully before renewing your recurring payment.
- If your current voucher includes a Star whose service ends before the voucher expiration, you may change to another available Star within the remaining duration or remaining change count.
- To modify the number of stars, please follow the steps below:
- Cancel the current recurring subscription.
How to cancel: In [MY Page > My Orders], select the recurring payment order you wish to cancel, and click the [Cancel Subscription] button.
(After cancellation, the service will remain available until the voucher’s remaining period ends.) - Subscribe to a new voucher after your current one expires.
When purchasing a new voucher, you can select your preferred options.
- Cancel the current recurring subscription.
In particular, for multi-star vouchers, if the list of subscribed stars includes a star whose service has ended, the recurring payment for the entire voucher that includes that star will be cancelled, rather than only stopping the subscription for that specific star. As a result, subscriptions to other stars whose services are still active may also be discontinued. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to change the star or cancel the recurring payment within the specified period.
