[T1 Home Ground] Notice on On-site Pickup Item Cancellation

Dear fans,

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the [T1 Everywhere] 2026 Plushie Keychain Special Edition (10cm).

Regarding the cancellation, we originally intended to send out individual email notifications alongside the initial announcement. However, the process was delayed as we were finalizing the specific details of the on-site pickup operations. We kindly ask for your understanding for not being able to provide this information sooner.

Partial cancellations for this product will be processed sequentially during business hours starting Thursday, April 23rd. To prevent any confusion regarding the minimum purchase rewards (photocards) caused by these cancellations, we will allow customers who purchased the product to include the cancelled amount in their total to receive their rewards on-site. Please refer to the details below.

For those who purchased the cancelled product, the cancelled amount will be added to your total purchase on-site to ensure you receive your rewards.

  • Eligibility: Members who had completed the purchase of the plushie keychain as of the initial announcement (April 22nd, 11:00 AM KST).
    (Individual email notifications will be sent to the eligible customers.)
  • Redemption Method:
    1. In case of partial cancellation: After verifying your order details (QR code) on-site, the amount of the cancelled product will be added to your total to provide the photocard.
    2. In case of full cancellation (if you only purchased this product):
      • Please save your on-site pickup QR code before the order cancellation is processed.
      • If you verify your order QR code or the cancelled order history on-site, the amount will be recognized as a valid purchase for photocard redemption.

We once again apologize for the confusion caused to our fans who were looking forward to the T1 Everywhere plushie keychain. We will do our best to provide better service at the Home Ground event.
