- For Annual Pass holders, applying for the 3-DAY Pass pre-sale will automatically include the application for the 1-DAY Ticket pre-sale.
- Even if you did not apply for 3-DAY Pass verification as an Annual Pass holder, you may still able to apply for the 1-DAY Ticket verification. In this case, you will only be eligible for the 1-DAY Ticket pre-sale.
Membership Pre-sale Guidelines
- During the pre-sale application period, please submit your Membership Number and the email address registered to your NOL Ticket account via the survey.
- Verify the membership linked to your NOL Ticket account on the ticket page during this period.

FAQ
Q. How can I modify the information I submitted through the survey?
A. You can directly modify the submitted information during the pre-sale application period. However, once the period has ended, no further edits or changes can be made. To avoid any issues in case your verification fails, we recommend capturing a screenshot of your submitted responses in advance.
Q. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after completing the survey. Was my participation successful?
A. The survey completion email may not be delivered due to your email notification preferences or temporary system errors. However, this does not affect your participation status, so there’s no need to worry.
