- If you are an Annual Pass holder who has already applied for the 3-DAY Pass pre-sale, you do not need to fill out this survey again for the 1-DAY ticket. However, you must still complete the verification process on the ticket page starting from 7/8(Tue) 2 PM.
- Annual Pass holders who applied for the 3-DAY Pass pre-sale through the General Membership survey must submit this survey in order to access the Annual Pass pre-sale for 1-DAY tickets.
- Annual Pass holders who do not complete the verification application through this survey by 7/7(Mon) 12 PM, are requested to use the General Membership Pre-sale Application Survey instead. (Please note that those who submit the General Membership survey must follow the General Membership pre-sale schedule for verification and ticket purchase.)
Membership Pre-sale Guidelines
- During the pre-sale application period, please submit your Membership Number and the email address registered to your NOL Ticket account via the survey. When applying for the Annual Pass pre-sale, your membership number will be submitted automatically.
- Verify the membership linked to your NOL Ticket account on the ticket page during this period.

- Only those who have submitted accurate information following the instructions can participate in the pre-sale. (Please ensure your submitted response is correct, especially regarding email domains.)
- We have received many inquiries regarding verification errors from users who did not check the verification schedule based on the membership type (Annual or General). Please note that the verification and ticket purchase periods vary depending on the type of survey you submitted. Make sure to review the announced schedule carefully before proceeding.

FAQ
Q. What should I do if it says I’ve already participated in the survey?
A. If you have already completed the 3-DAY Pass Annual Pass pre-sale verification application, it is normal for the ‘Edit Response’ button to appear due to your previously submitted survey. In this case, you do not need to fill out the survey again.
※ However, if your previous 3-DAY Pass membership verification was unsuccessful was unsuccessful due to incorrect information, please make sure to update and resubmit the correct information within this survey during the current application period.
Q. How can I modify the information I submitted through the survey?
A. You can directly modify the submitted information during the pre-sale application period. However, once the period has ended, no further edits or changes can be made. To avoid any issues in case your verification fails, we recommend capturing a screenshot of your submitted responses in advance.
Q. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after completing the survey. Was my participation successful?
A. The survey completion email may not be delivered due to your email notification preferences or temporary system errors. However, this does not affect your participation status, so there’s no need to worry.
