  • If you are an Annual Pass holder who has already applied for the 3-DAY Pass pre-sale, you do not need to complete the survey again for the 1-DAY Ticket. However, the verification process for each ticket type must be completed separately.

 

Membership Pre-sale Guidelines

  1. During the pre-sale application period, please submit your Membership Number and the email address registered to your NOL Ticket account via the survey. When applying for the Annual Pass pre-sale, your membership number will be submitted automatically.
  2. Verify the membership linked to your NOL Ticket account on the ticket page during this period.

  • Only those who have submitted accurate information following the instructions can participate in the pre-sale. (Please ensure your submitted response is correct, especially regarding email domains.)
  • We have received many inquiries regarding verification errors from users who did not check the verification schedule based on the membership type (Annual or General). Please note that the verification and ticket purchase periods vary depending on the type of survey you submitted. Make sure to review the announced schedule carefully before proceeding.

FAQ

Q. What should I do if it says I’ve already participated in the survey?
A. If you have already completed the 3-DAY Pass Annual Pass pre-sale verification application, it is normal for the ‘Edit Response’ button to appear due to your previously submitted survey. In this case, you do not need to fill out the survey again.
※ If you were unable to complete verification for the 3-DAY PASS pre-sale due to incorrect information entered during the verification application, please make sure to correct the information in the survey and resubmit it within this verification application period.

Q. How can I modify the information I submitted through the survey?
A. You can directly modify the submitted information during the pre-sale application period. However, once the period has ended, no further edits or changes can be made. To avoid any issues in case your verification fails, we recommend capturing a screenshot of your submitted responses in advance.

Q. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after completing the survey. Was my participation successful?
A. The survey completion email may not be delivered due to your email notification preferences or temporary system errors. However, this does not affect your participation status, so there’s no need to worry.
